Refund and Returns Policy

Quick Summary (TL;DR)

  • Standard products (non-custom): Return/exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused & in original condition.
  • Custom/Personalized products: Non-returnable & non-refundable once approved or printing started (except if defective/damaged).
  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong item: 100% free replacement/refund (including return shipping).
  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

1) Who We Are

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases from Anhad Apparel (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2) Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • Size exchange: One free size exchange per order (subject to availability). If unavailable → refund or coupon issued.
  • Not eligible: Clearance items, freebies, bulk/B2B orders, and products showing wear & tear not caused by us.

3) Custom/Personalized Products

  • Items with custom names, numbers, photos, or user-provided designs are made on-demand.
  • Once design is approved or printing started, they become non-returnable & non-refundable except for defects/damage.

4) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
  • We will arrange pickup or share the return address.
  • After inspection, we’ll issue a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Our mistake (defect/damage/wrong item): We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer reason (wrong size/changed mind): Return shipping paid by customer; re-shipping charges may apply.

6) Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net-banking/Wallet).
  • COD orders are refunded via UPI/Bank transfer.
  • Refund initiated within 24 hours after QC (quality check). Bank/Payment Gateway may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

7) Color & Print Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to screen settings & fabric dye lots.
  • These are considered normal and not defects.

8) Pickup Attempts & RTO

  • If return pickup fails twice due to incorrect address/unavailability, you may need to self-ship the product.
  • For undelivered (RTO) orders:
    • Prepaid: Refund issued after deducting actual forward shipping cost.
    • COD: Cancelled automatically.

9) Bulk/Corporate Orders

  • Bulk or B2B (GST invoice) orders follow custom order terms.
  • Returns/cancellations are not accepted except in case of defective items.

10) Legal

This policy complies with Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jalandhar, India.


11) How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email/WhatsApp us with Order ID + issue + photos/video (if applicable).
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/self-ship details.
  3. Pack the product securely with invoice & tags.
  4. After QC, refund or exchange will be processed as per this policy.
