1) Who we are
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Anhad Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: Eligible for return/exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging intact.
- Size Exchange: One free exchange per order (subject to stock). If not available, coupon/refund issued.
- Not Eligible: Clearance items, freebies, B2B/bulk orders, used/damaged products.
3) Custom/Personalized Products
- Items with name, number, photo, custom design are made on demand.
- Once approved or printed, they are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless defective/damaged).
4) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items
- Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
- We will arrange pickup or share return address.
- After inspection → replacement or full refund (including shipping).
5) Return Shipping Costs
- Our fault (defect/damage/wrong item): We bear shipping.
- Customer reason (wrong size, changed mind): Return shipping by customer; reship fee may apply.
6) Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds to original payment method (UPI/Card/NetBanking/Wallet). COD → via UPI/Bank transfer.
- Refund initiated within 24 hrs of quality check (QC takes 24–48 hrs).
- Bank/Payment Gateway may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.
7) Color & Print Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color/print placement may occur due to screen & dye differences.
- These are not defects.
8) Pickup & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If return pickup fails twice → you may need to self-ship.
- Undelivered (RTO) orders:
- Prepaid: Refund after deducting actual forward shipping.
- COD: Cancelled automatically.
9) Bulk/Corporate Orders
- Bulk (≥10 units) & GST B2B orders follow custom order terms → no returns except for defects.
10) Legal
- This policy is compliant with Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
- Disputes subject to jurisdiction of [Jalandhar], India.
11) How to Request a Return/Refund
- Email/WhatsApp us with Order ID + issue + photos/video (if defective).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/self-ship steps.
- Pack securely with invoice & tags.
- After QC → refund/exchange processed as per policy.
